The Home Buying Process
Congratulations on considering to buy your first home! Follow our easy guide to help you understand the finances involved.
1. Meet With Us
We’ll meet with you at your convenience and search through various home loans that suit your financial goals.
2. Prepare Your Application
Once we’ve worked out your borrowing power, repayments and answer any questions that you may have, we’ll prepare your application and guide you through the process.
3. Get A Conditional Approval
Next, the lender will issue a conditional approval, sort the property valuation, and govern a credit check while supportive team will be in constant contact with you and the lender as a middle man, throughout the journey.
4. Finalise Unconditional Approval
Once, any outstanding information has been sorted, the lender will grant you with the unconditional approval which acknowledges that your home loan application has been approved!
5. Complete Loan Documents
Once your loan documents arrive, we'll organise a time to meet and help you complete the document.
6. Loan Settlement & Completion
This is the last step! Your solicitor will organise settlement directly with the lender. Keeping in touch: our service doesn't end once your loan settles. We will stay in touch to make sure your home loan is the right solution for your needs now and in the future.
